I was desperate to get a box of lateral flow tests as GOV.UK run out, as needed to do a test before seeing my grandson who is in hospital with a serious heart defect. I always test everyday also because I work in a Supermarket and ten of my colleagues off with covid. They wouldn’t hand me one out and were the most despicable heartless people I have ever meet. Funny how I went there a few weeks ago and whoever the lady was just gave me a box. The assistants working on this day should be ashamed of themselves don’t how they sleep at night. I do understand new procedure but I was begging as desperate.

I went to this pharmacy for my annual routine flu jab. Unfortunately the pharmacist touched a capillary when giving me the injection causing my arm to bleed a lot. Rather than apologising and keeping their customer service at the front of their mind, instead they panicked, said things like oh my goodness there is blood everywhere, this has never happened before etc. Their reaction then caused me to pass out due to worry. I have had many injections before, have never bled like this and certainly haven't passed out. I also left the pharmacy thinking something was wrong because the pharmacist couldn't tell me why there was so much bleeding. It was my own research and talking to me dr that made me realise they touched a capillary. I still have a large bruise on my own a week later and I will not be using this pharmacy again.
