Lousy place to shop. Staff seem to think that customers really have nothing better to do than stand around waiting for service at the convenience of lazy staff. Waited at a till for about 5 minutes to be served in clear view of three members of staff. Left goods and walked down to superdrug. Served straight away. Not the first time I have experienced such terrible, almost arrogant customer service at boots. Stay away. Go elsewhere. Take away the name and they are a third rate store trading on an aged reputation. . | ||||||
