Boots pharmacy is the worst chemist I have ever been to. Every single time I go there, it doesn't matter what time you go it's always the same. I have even sent an email to head office complaining of the amount of time you have to wait, the system there is atrocious. You used to be able to drop a prescription off at one counter, then come back after 15-30 mins & queue at the other counter to collect your medication. They have now changed the system. The email I sent to head office wasn't even acknowledged!! Absolute waste of time, there is no customer service at all at this branch, even the store manager doesn't seem that interested when I made a complaint to him. On average you have to wait between 45 mins to an hour to then be told your prescription isn't ready. They've only had it a week!!!!!!! Absolute joke.

Went to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy, it was 1.15pm. There were 8 people in the queue infront of me. There was only 1 member of staff actually serving customers. There was another member of staff, who could see the line getting bigger, however he chose to put packets onto the shelves behind the counter instead of serving. If this was medication that needed to be kept chilled then I would understand, but it wasn't. By the end there were 13 people in the queue in total and I waited 40 mins just to pick up my prescription. Absolutely shocking service

Another massive queue at the dispensary. Every time I come into the Westcroft Boots there is a very long wait to collect prescriptions. It is bad as a customer, and must be bad to work here. As soon as I walk into the store and see the queue I feel angry and frustrated. This must have an effect in the staff despite me trying to stay polite, others must vent their frustration. Why is it always so poorly staffed? Surely management, where it’s store or regional must see this, why will they not correct it….. it must be because they have zero respect for their customers and staff.
