Having been a patient of this boots for many years I've witnessed what might be described as the demise and restructuring of this Pharmacy. Originally over 5 years ago the Pharmacy was run by a lovely pharmacist who seemed to have the processes working absoulutely fine! The Pharmacy was then moved to the other side of the store and the pharmacist left. This started in my opinion the decline of the Pharmacy for a while, staff seemed to change every time, it seemed as though stock control became something of an issue because every time there was something wrong with my medication! At a time I did seriously consider moving my prescriptions elsewhere, in the end stuck with it and recently I've been very very impressed with the service provided again! It's my understanding the Pharmacy is under new management and things are now running smoothly. medication seems to be available when I need it and more importantly the staff seem to genuinely care again unlike some of the experiences I've had before! just this last week my surgery messed up and didn't get one of my medications placed on repeat for me so I turned up at the pharmacy to see what they could do, The assistant and the Pharmacist helped me sort it out. They told me to go home and wait for a call to sort everything out, later that afternoon the assistant hand delivered the item to my house to save me a trip! I would gladly Recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a new one! They are caring and proactive! unlike most!
