Honicknowle pharmacy is appalling, never answer the phone, staff not helpful, go to lunch for 3 hours, today not even open when need to pick up meds. Disgraceful

Prescriptions are rarely ready on time - they deny having received them from the GP and when they find them think it's funny - that's if they find them at all. Not funny when it's medication people need and rely on. People only need prescriptions when there is something wrong and don't need the extra pressure of having to deal with incompetent staff.
