worst boots ive ever been in they never have the tablets that the doctor gives you, they always have to ,order them sometimes they give you some tablets and you have to go back to the shop for the rest when they get them in if there was a chemist nearer to were i live i would never go in this one again

Boots. Springbank. Hull. Sadly they are always short staffed. I’m on serious medication but so far it’s 9 days and counting and still not filled my prescription. I’m sure I’m not the only one suffering. I’m Really concerned about patient safety. My safety. Yes… I telephoned after 5 days. As according to NHS guidelines. I was promised it would be ready on 16th. No it wasn’t. Now the 17th… hopefully after 4pm. Now 9 days and counting. Boots is a big company… so why not support your staff when other staff member are ill or on holiday. My heart medication is also 5 days and they haven’t even ordered it yet. This isn’t a broken system… is a system that seems to be unsupported by higher management. Why isn’t there systems in place for sick staff & holidays. Patients are suffering. I’m suffering. Shame on boots. This is not an isolated incident.
