I visited this pharmacy recently while on holiday. I had a bad allergic reaction to some mosquito bites and I wanted to say how kind and helpful the girl serving me was. There were about 6 or 7 people who walked in with prescriptions while I was there and each one was treated so politely, times were given for waiting and the staff were all so friendly but obviously rushed off their feet. The girl serving me took time to help me get the best treatment, offering me cream and tablets which worked well. She was obviously very busy but never made me feel rushed. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I was so impressed. Thank you staff. I have been using this pharmacy for 15years, in all that time I have never had a reason to complain. They are very pleasant, efficient, caring, especially the pharmacist who is very knowledgeable and helpful. With how busy they are I never mind waiting as they always have a smile on their face and time to help. When an order was placed for a repeat prescription through my GP that should have been ready to collect within 48 hours was still not ready to collect 5 days after being placed. The girl serving seemed indifferent to the point of ignorance, when she went to get my prescription she came back to say it was not ready, then left. leaving me waiting, after nearly 45 minutes of waiting I inquired to someone else behind the counter to be told that the girl had gone for her lunch but no one else was dealing with my prescription. This is one incident of several that I have endured at this excuse for a pharmacy and I would strongly recommend taking your trade elsewhere, I certainly have.
