I have been using Regency Pharmacy since moving to East Cowes nearly two years ago and I was first struck by the rapport I saw that existed between staff and customers. Now I am greeted by name and my prescription taken care of without fuss. A genuine warmth and professionalism is such a rare commodity to find nowadays.

I went to collect some new medication from here last week. They didn't have the in stock as it is not something that is regularly prescribed so they said they would get it for me the next morning which this alone was a really good service and they also put a note on it for the pharmacist to speak to me and show me how to use it when I collected it. When I went in the next day the pharmacist took me into the consulting room and explained everything, including how to use it and also checked that I could do a big enough intake of breath and also took my number to give me a call in a couple of weeks to see how I am getting on. If I get along with this they will then keep the items in stock for me. I always use Regent Pharmacy as I have never had bad service, in fact the service is always amazing and I know I am certainly not the only person who thinks.
