I have used this chemist for a while now and Judith there is wonderful. However recently it had been a nightmare phone constantly ringing out, rude staff, closed on Saturday, no regular pharmacist and having to wait a week for a regular medication order. Not acceptable alot of other chemists are short staffed but they seem to manage so not a good enough excuse for the poor service. Last time I will use this chemist after a recent issue with them.

I was having my medication supplied in Blister pack , One morning I got a call saying they would not be able to supply these anymore , and I was being transferred to another chemist . As their system couldn't do the job , which was later changed to we don't have time . Then to my ,horror I found out the chemist I had to deal with was the one on Kings road in the middle of Drug land . I was once in there some years ago when a person was going spare wanting methadone . This is where they wanted me to go . I pay £60.00 to have my meds delivered . I was given no alternative chemist . It looked like they wanted to keep my money and send me to the roughest place in he town . She was very forceful there was no understanding of my point of view , that me being old and disabled might feel a little frightened to mix with drug takers . All To no avail . What she wanted was going to happen and nothing to be done about it . So I turned the tables on her and gave her a bit back . apparently she burst into tears and disappeared . tonight I had reason to ring the chemist and she answered I said Rachael ... Before I could say any more and it was an important call about heart medication . She said just a min and put the phone down till another staff member picked it up . I knew immediately what had happened . But to work with the public and sick people , One has to have patience , compassion , understanding and be professional , Well I'm sorry Racheal but you have none of these qualities , As such not a fit person to work in that environment . I was told she as leaving , well good riddance perhaps a cobblers shop would be more suited , But don't try and bully and intimidate people as some like me won't put up with it ,. Especially from a spoiled little girl . What a horrible experience and after all that . They are doing my medication in the old way as before . All the staff have always`ys been lovely and help fun . Shame on her for blackening that traquill atmosphere , Trust we won't meet again .
