Prescription had been in a week. Not ready when went to collect . Pharmacist popped out although people were queuing outside the door. Waited 20minutes for him to return. Then 10 minutes for prescription to be put up. Staff could be heard saying to one another, where has got to.... people were queuing outside the door in the rain. If you put a request in it says 5 working days. So after a full week you hope it will be ready. Especially if you have had a taxi to collect it, or a kind neighbour offers to pop you to the pharmacy. Phone rings continually no one answers it, have experienced this .

Frequent problems with repeat prescriptions (since changes in the practice), but two member of staff very unhelpful, and I was am left to sort out procedural errors, that they should be sorting out for me. I was shocked at her attitude. ( I never complain) Also members of the public asked to wear mask, but they don’t.!! They have visiting staff (pharmacist), who they are putting at risk. Finally I would like to say that the two Phamacist are brilliant.They are professional, and very helpful.
