Went in to collect prescription for elderly relative. A lady in chemist counter very friendly and the pharmacist enquired of the health of my relative, but at dispensary reception was a man without any badge with name or role. He didn’t even look at me for a few minutes, and when he did finally acknowledge me he never smiled once and was most surly. This is not a helpful reception when you are very upset and anxious about a sick relative. I hope the pharmacy reads this and learns from my comments
