I would rather go to Ukraine to get prescriptions ??

Yet again Lloyds Pharmacy you have not failed to disappoint! Third visit this week to try and collect my prescription. First visit turned away as there was no pharmacist. Second visit very long queue. Third visit today queued and was finally attended to by young lady who was obviously under stress and announced that she didn't normally work there like it was my problem. Only one member of the public allowed in at a time due to staff shortages again. After a 40 minute wait I received my prescription only to find when I got home that I have 2 packs of 7 tables instead of 2 pack of 28! Tried ringing, no answer. I am filled with dread at the thought of having to go back to explain the mistake and get the correct quantity of tablets.
