Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

the waiting time at this pharmacy is an absolute shocking, to be told you have to wait 30 mins inits self is bad enough, but when the staff are more interested in chatting about fridge temps, and drivers not checking their stuff, all taking time that could be put to putting the prescriptions together quicker, to cut the waiting time, then when you ask to complain, they are all in your face. really.
I would not recommend this pharmacy to any one.
I will be finding another pharmacy to collect my prescriptions from, even if it means travelling further.
this pharmacy needs a damn good shake up.

The staff are so unhelpful and very rude. Have now changed my collection ro stamford chemist. Prescriptions are never ready even after receiving a text from them.

An effective and professional pharmacy directly next to Sheepmarket surgery. Shame about the one star reviews below - they don’t deserve a poor score.
I do hope I can get my flu jab with them again this year as it can be difficult to access this via the surgery itself - fingers crossed.
