Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.

We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Awful place avoid chemist go anywhere else . Short staffed .would not serve any of us outside at 6.30 even tho they are open till 7 . Wouldn't allow any of us in to collect our prescriptions or a disabled lady to buy much needed pain relief .
Disgraceful . Really really had never experienced anything so awful as this rubbish place . Shocking

Have tried since 12.15 today 30th July to get through on the phone it is now 13.15. As yet no one has bothered to answer it. Phone rings rings and rings then get cut off. Am trying to find when medication is to be delivered, this was ordered on the 22nd July , and will have no medication from tonight. This means no medication now until Monday 2nd August- if it comes then of course. It would appear more staff are required here, the staff there are helpful but not knowing medication will arrive is a problem.

When prescription is ready for delivery is it possible to inform Patient which day prescription will be delivered so we can make sure that we will be in. I have several medical conditions and quite often am attending hospital appointments in Manchester, North Staffs and Leighton only to find note through door informing me that I need to go to Pharmacy to collect.
