Ordered meds tho their app and told via app they were ready for collection. Go to shop - no meds, no prescription and no record. Worst of all no help offered, had to get emergency GP appointment, a new prescription to take to another pharmacy. No wheelchair access to the shop either. | ||||||

Don’t take notice of the times listed above. I need a new inhaler tomorrow on first on month. I know they have it ready to pick up on shelf as they didn’t have it with my previous medication and said it would be there soon. I Purposely left it till 12.15pm SAT.. (AS PER ABOVE TIMES) the day before I needed it. THEY WERE CLOSED EARLY, and don’t open again till Tuesday. Provided I don’t expire with a fatal Asthma attack over the weekend I’ll pick it up then.. | ||||||

EXCELLENT SERVICE! - First time I visited this pharmacy. It was actually for a beard dye.. I must admit I did read the negative reviews however this was in my opinion unfounded. Maybe inpatient customers. Staff member was very polite and helpful and although the actual item I was after was sold out she assured me that if I ordered over the internet I could pick up the product in approximately a week. No worries here! | ||||||
