    I have been with Portobello Pharmacy for quite a few years always praised them for quality service and staff went out of their way to help.BUT recently I have not had my medications on times. Morphine patches are being received late this last time 10days.I am a disabled pensioner with Diabetes High Blood pressure and Osteoarthritis among other things. I think that they may have changed their staff.I am waiting for a delivery promised Tuesday (2.5) and its now Friday 5th.

    Always very helpful under extreme pressures with Drs refusing to see patients unable to sort out issues at surgeries due to telephone not being picked up at the Drs but customers still bad mouthing this Pharmacy if you were a regular user you wouldn’t be complaining this is a very friendly and hard working Pharmacy

    Pharmacy staff help full and polite will always go the extra mile to which now doctors surgery's are failing keep up the good work portobello
