My husband and I use this pharmacy for all our repeat prescrptions. We collect the paperworke from the GP and normally our medications are ready to collect within 10 minutes or so,depending on the day and time. There have been no discrepancys unlike a more local premises where on three separate occasions I have been given another patients drugs, presriptions and information. The staff are always friendly informative and should you need to speak to the pharmacist there is no problem..All in all a friendly efficient and co-operative team.A pleasure to visit Reply from LloydsPharmacy Tue, 08 Jan 2019 10:28:23 Z Hi there Thanks for taking the time to post your review and I apologise for the delay in my response. We appreciate your lovely feedback. It's great to hear you have such a positive experience when visiting our pharmacy and I will ensure this is shared with the Pharmacy Team. Jas |

I spelt my name to the staff four times including using phonetic spelling, yet they were unable to write it down! The pharmacist told me that I still had a week worth of medication left even though I had run out four days ago! The pharmacist asked me to fill out a repeat prescription form so I went home to check my medication and filled in the form. Surprisingly three I had medication left at home. I called them back and the call taker said I couldn't use their branch because my GP needs to be within 2-3 miles of radius.I asked them if they do electronic prescription, they said no. I called my GP surgery who disagreed with the false information I was given. Lloyds pharmacy HQ apologised stating they would raise a complaint and look into it. Regardless I went to one of the leading supermarket's who even called my surgery to sort it out. I pay for my meds.so can't see the big fuss! Sum up, Lloyd's staff was rude, and misleading. So much for the big name! |
