This Pharmacy excells with the service they provide. The staff are so helpful in all aspects, nothing is too much trouble and all the staff are extremely friendly and caring. A member of staff recently suggested I might benefit from a private consultation with a Pharmacist regarding my medication, which consists of rather a lot of tablets taken each day. It was a very useful meeting as the lovely Pharmacist went through each of my tablets, explaining how to take the tablets at different times to,enable them to work properly, this was very helpful as I had forgotten some of the things the Pharmacist reminded me of. Being able to have prescriptions sent via the internet for collection at the Pharmacy along with those issued by the GP at appointments, also sent through for collection making life so easy, these are often available when you head back to Hempstead Pharmacy. Thank you all. What more service could you wish for when feeling under the weather. Thanks to everyone at Hempstead Pharmacy.

i had a bad chainsaw cut on my upper leg. I explained that knew they were not a clinic, but could they sell me a dressing, some tape and was there somewhere that i could remove my trousers in private so that i could clean the wound and dress it. The pharmacist took me to a private part of the pharmacy where i could perform this. He offered to call for a paramedic, but i felt quite capable of looking after myself. He helped me clean up the wound, provided the dressing etc and advised me to get further treatment at A & E in Medway Maritime, which I did. I'm so grateful for the help that I got from the pharmacist. Thank you, WELL DONE

This is a great pharmacy. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. They give their patients and customers a real personal touch. Would be nice if there were more independent pharmacies like this around. Thank you ******
