I wanted to buy an item from behind the pharmacy counter . Waited 10 minutes while assistant dealt with a customer . 4 other members of staff were there . I was told they were all making up prescriptions. No apology for the wait and when I complained was told quite rudely that they were in the top ten branches . Can’t begin to imagine what the criteria was . Will not go back Original Comment Report...
