Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Called at the Well Pharmacy at Long Stratton, Norfolk today ( 22/11/2022) to buy a bottle of Robitussin cough medicine. I need this brand as I am a diabetic and this is sugar free and recommended by my diabetic nurse.
“Sorry, we no longer stock this product! Our firm have stopped offering this!”
So I asked for another sugar free medicine.
“We no longer stock any”!!
I’m totally shocked by this!! So, I will need to make a 10 mile car journey to the nearest Boots chemist to get this product.
I feel totally let down by your pharmacy and will not be using it again.

Absolutely shocking customer service! One staff member was an extremely rude, dismissive and awful woman. No help at all, she should not be working here with such poor service skills. Go elsewhere.

Lovely staff who do a great job under so much pressure in a busy little pharmacy. Can't thank you all enough for your kindness and communication through our regular ordering of my daughters medications, we are truly lucky to have you all.
