We as a family gave up on this bunch of slack clowns some time ago. Most of the staff seem to have a lax attitude to customers, much like certain members of the practice staff (thankfully now departed). Wander around aimlessly while chatting to colleagues, little focus on the job in hand. Migrated to the Chapel pharmacy in English walls, vastly more helpful and attentive to customer service/satisfaction. Also seem to have a top notch ordering system as never had an item shortfall in the 4 years with them.

Poor organise and managed pharmacy, ordered meds and told I hadn't....hmm ok No care for patients running out of medication, expected me to go weekend without my medication need I say anymore?

I'm absolutely appalled and disgusted at the service they carry out here. They should be ashamed of themselves. We come here because they are attached to the gp surgery and they are one of the better ones in town (which says a lot). EVERY MONTH my mum has a repeat prescription and EVERY MONTH they are late or don't have everything, they delay mums treatment because of it and caus here health problems because they don't have it ready despite it being ordered 2 weeks in advance every time. The staff are very erupt and rude, and sound like parrots repeating the same rubbish every so often. I had to fight with the lady behind the counter and get her to check again for my mums script because she refused to believe there was more than one. Shocked and annoyed at the state of the place.
