Spoke to the pharmacy department in Connection with nasal problems. Marie talked me through how to use a nasal spray correctly which clearly I had not been doing. She also instructed me the correct way to blow my nose. We also spoke about locally sourced honey and we both come to the conclusion that these nasal problems are caused by allergies. I have used the spray recommended twice and I can already feel the difference. Fantastic service and to top it all she told me to go back if after 7 days I am not any better and she would recommend a steroid spray. So pleased I didn’t go to the Doctor first.
