Absolutely awful change from a great company to a horrendous experience.This is my second attempt to give feedback, after my last attempt disappeared mysteriously. Your current senior management should be dismissed as they have ruined the Sixfields store. Queues are horrendous, and everyone I speak to says the same. Such a great and historic name has been trashed by the dreadful new system at Sixfields,Northampton.

Looking at the reviews of Boots at Sixfields Northampton, I am glad that I am one of the many customers there are highly dissatisfied! You have turned an excellent store with lovely staff into a total disaster! Everyone I speak to locally says the same. Long queues to get to the self service tills,poor, defunct staff trying to assist the pathetic lack of tills and lack of the once great individual attention. The wonderful staff you have had for years look forlorn and embarrassed at the crazy situation you have now created by this so called improvement. Most people are totally angry and upset by this ridiculous change. For goodness sake, go back to the great shopping experience your customers have previously enjoyed for many years!
