I went to have my covid-19 jab this week and received excellent service from West Pharmacy. Specially the volunteers who were there to help with the patients. Excellent service - could not fault it.

I visited the chemist with my son who had been stung badly by wasps. The chemist explained that he needed anti biotics. I initially thought I would need to go to the GP but she quickly explained that they were able to do that through a new service that they are now providing. Within 15 minutes we had the prescription. The customer service level is the best I have received from a chemist and I would highly recommend this chemist and the new anti-bite service they now provide.

I can not rate this chemist enough, I moved out of Northampton & I still have my prescriptions electronically sent over to the wonderful & professional staff at West Chemist. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Also a massive round of applause from me & my little girl for continuing to be amazing through this whole pandemic. You're all amazing, keep up the excellent work.
