local to me , so stupidly i have taken chance after chance in using this pharmacy. nothing ever goes smoothly ! you are either waiting outside without information for an hour or so while they let the lucky few out of the shop and immediately then lock the door, only to be told an hour later that they are letting no one else in , despite letting the local junkies in for their meds !. missing medication always a wait (and a long one at that . understaffed allegedly ( always several loitering out back and one poor counter assistant running themselves ragged . for gods sake give your colleague a hand ! turned up today to collect my medication only to be told it could not be issued as they had no pharmacist ! one of a long line of poor service issues. i think i may develop a drug addiction problem , then i will be allowed access for my meds , while i am at it i can also get the medication i need to keep me alive . never using them again. would rather travel to a further chemist

Waited an hour for a prescription chemist full of people all waiting like me. Only one member of staff and pharmacist. Not enough to cope with footfall. Will stop my doctors sending prescriptions there.

The worst pharmacy in Milton Keynes. Very poor service with long waits for repeats that are submitted weeks in advance. Worst still is they often say they cannot honour or find items and tell you to go back to your GP for a new prescription. Just hope they are not being paid by the NHS for prescribed medicines and then not giving these medicines to the patients so making money from all of us.
