My daughter (18) and myself signed up to Health Hut Morpeth just 5 months ago, the staff has been very helpful and understanding as we both have ADHD and Aspergers ASD. Comprehension and focus is our main impairement. We were told we will get our Medications delivered as one of the delivery staff is our neighbour, Without notice this has changed Health Hut called my daughter yes she is 18, goes to college and comes back home, yes we are ABLE to walk, I called to ask for information regarding the change of medications being delivered anymore so we can strategize to when order nedication and pick it up thats all just asking for information, as a parent of ASD ADHD 18 year old we have eachothers back what one doesn’t understand the otherone might, Well pharmacist Main lady Pharmacist was very rude: You as a mother of an 18 year old an ADULT BY LAW you do NOT need to question my desitions im the Pharmacist, If your daughter is ABLE to WALK to college then she can walk to pick up her Medication, I explained i was just asking for information so we can acknowledge our Medication wont be delivered anymore. I am NOT complaining I AM asking so we comprehend and acknowledge. Is asking for information an OPEN DOOR for people to discriminate you? When the delivery service was PROVIDED DECIDED APPROVED BY HEALTH HUT when moved pharmacies I asked information about delivery service? It is so much nicer to all be caring with eachother. Anger Hostility Discrimination increases Global Warming. 5 months i received delivery until today. Health Hut couldve said no delivery you and you 18 year old daughter are ABLE TO WALK YES WE CAN that was never an issue, Chrinic anxiety Aspergers ADHD all inclusive in our Diverse brain is not easy to strategizie . What a ruiner this lady is why be so rude when all Staff has been so supportive to my family kind and caring service has been great until today this ruiner Lady Pharmacist.
