We have been with Cox & Robinson in Walnut Tree for 2 years now. Every two to three month I require regular medication, same brands and same strength. With previous pharmacies this has been a seamless process with minimal confusion and miscommunication. Unfortunately Cox & Robinson in Walnut Tree have decided to do things a bit different and provide a consistently inconsistent service with minimal customer service, simply not fit for the 21st Century. Our regular visit to Cox & Robinson is as follows: 1. We order medication through ongoing prescription 2. We go to the pharmacy to pick up our order after sufficient time to discover that a) the wrong brand or strength of medication has been ordered b) Medication has not been ordered at all c) Medication has been ordered incomplete 3. This usually results in us having to revisit the pharmacy with a delay of 2-3days. If you need your medication on a specific date, do keep this in mind. 4. Blame is usually always with the customer and it is never C&Rs fault, even if someone has clearly messed up. If you do expect ownership, you won't find it here. Overall inventory management, respect to customers preferences and data management seem to need a lot of development. You consistently need to answer questions you have answered before, bring proof you have already brought and duplicate efforts on your end, e.g. Medical exemption card, Carer, Address etc etc. Being dependent to medication on a regular basis where every detail is being important, this scenario is quite shocking.
