I am a regular customer of this small Boots store. I collect several prescriptions on a monthly basis. They prescriptions are sent to Boots from the doctors via email. However, due to this busy small store not having sufficient staff, my prescriptions are rarely ready when I call for them. I do feel like I am doing these very hard working people a dis-service by leaving a less than generous review. The fault does not lie with them. Each and everyone will go that extra mile to sort out a customers problem or query. I think this is something to be sorted out higher up the management chain. Fair/ good service could be excellent with more hands on the deck.
