After lengthy morning at the hospital with my young son, I opted for Tesco Pharmacy hoping for a easy quick service to get my sons medication. To my disappointment, I was still waiting for the pharmacy to open at 1010, although should have opened at 1000. The locum was waiting also and advised she was waiting for the member of stafff to open up. She eventually appeared and let the locum in. The member of staff then turned around to me and looked at me in a disgruntled way. I showed her the prescription, and she no made no effort to present good customer service or apologise that the pharmacy opened late. She only spoke to me to sign the prescription and that it will take 20 minutes. I waited the advised time to then have to chase for this medication. The locum ignored me and went to member of staff waiting behind the counter. The staff member advised I was waiting first and the locus advised I was already seen to. I had to speak up as I wasn’t and advised I am waiting for my sons prescription. Again, the member of staff wouldn’t approach me and shouted from the back that she is boxing it up. I eventually received the medication but again no apologises for the delay. I found this member of staff unprofessional and rude. Very disappointed with the level of service. |

I came to the Pharmacy Saturday, asking if thy had anything for severe headache/dizziness.The pharmacist heard and asked if they could take my BP. The Pharmacist took me through to a little room and it was over 200, asked me to come back 10min later and it had gone up again. They explained all about hypertension and advised me to go to hospital. On monday I spent all day on drip trying to get it down and am now on medication..
today wednesday ,didnt feel right and was up in tesco shopping again, asked if i could have BP read, which the Pharmacist did 2 times..it is backup again so I have made an appointment with GP
