Every time I get my repeat prescription I have to make 3 trips to collect it. Staff are very rude and don`t care. left my 87 year old mother without pain killers, and I sure you`ll answer with some lame excuse well you can shove that where the sun don`t shine.

Put my gluten free bread prescription in on 10/9/15 and went to pick it up on 18/9/15. After waiting for a very confused member of staff to find it (they asked anyone if they knew were it was with no response), the member of staff said that my bread buns were not there so would reorder. I went back the following Friday 25/9/15. After waiting for a long time same thing no one was interested. The member of staff found them at last, but when I got home I looked at the best before date to find they said 25/9/15. I was so mad. I won't be going here again.
