After waiting15 minutes for my prescription even after doing my shopping and paying for it i complained to Tesco they told me it was nothing to do with them the Pharmacy was different company. Still waiting for a reply and will not be using tesco pharmacy ever again poor service and no responsibility for their workers. | ||||||

After having a chronic medical condition for over 20 years, i have been too many different pharmacies.
This pharmacy doesn't stand out but also it is not poor.
As long as you as a patient give the pharmacy time to get what is needed for you, there will be no issues; much like any other pharmacy. | ||||||

Been having my monthly prescription going here for a few years now without many incidents over last 6 months has gone pathetic. Final straw being last Friday when the person in the pharmacy informed me they had no idea where to look or how to deal with me. I assumed that the person working in the pharmacy had to be qualified, obviously not..
This was after 2 previous visits asking for my prescription.
Finally managed to speak to them today, they admitted that they knew all about it, but hadn't done a thing.
No medication now for 10 days and no sign of getting any. | ||||||
