I recently had issues getting to Alcester to collect my prescription painkillers but unfortunately the surgery wouldn’t post the prescription due to rules but after calling Hopkins Pharmacy and explained the problem with mobility and not being able to get there they said they can deliver if required. I really appreciated this as there were no other options for me to get the repeat medication. The person on the phone even offered to drop them off on their way home which is certainly very helpful. Hopkins Pharmacy are definitely the chemist to use.

Good pharmacy, very helpful staff. Go out of their way to help. Got a flu jab here also from the pharmacist. Excellent service.

This pharmacy at Alcester health care is one of the better chemists and do serve the community well. The electronic prescription service has major flaws which is not the fault of any chemist as the system is not able to cope that well with multiple prescriptions. I've fallen foul of this many times which causes major issues. Keep up the good work and congratulations on do very well in serving the community.
