We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I called in with my prescription on Friday I asked if they could sort this whist I did my shopping at Asda they agreed.
On my return I was shocked to find 35 minutes was not enough time for this totally incompetent Pharmacy.
They had forgotten to do anything and just stated it had been forgotten!
Did they apologise ! WELL NO!
Made some half hearted excuse about being busy they were rude and arrogant.
However they had duplicated my wife’s prescription ( sent from the doctors) I stopped the Surgery sending it though as the Pharmacy did nothing till I called.
Take my advice if you want to waste time and be ill treated unprofessionally by rude and arrogant staff.
THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!
I will not be visiting this place again!
