I went for some advice this Friday the pharmacy was very busy so had to wait my turn but all i can say is whiles i was waiting other customer where very rude to the staff when they was told there prescriptions where not ready due to the customer only ordering there script the day before . It is made very clear when ordering to leave 4 working days before collecting ,what is wrong with these people there is no need to take it out on the staff which are doing there very best to help you ,just listen to what there are saying and you will realise they are trying to help ,It is up to you to order your prescription on time . All i can say is well done to all the hard working staff and thank you and sorry for the rude customers you have to put up with .

I recently had reason to make a formal complaint to this pharmacy. I am pleased to say that they dealt with my issue, professionally and with understanding. This prompted my to remove a previous review and has given me confidence that they can provide a professional and effective service as I continue to be a customer.
