Woman at till disbelieved me that my prescription was ready she has glasses and short hair I Evan heard her mutter to another staff member that she was getting mardy because my prescription wasn't there but I was Evan more mardy after going twice and her telling me to come back. This pharmacy needs better service half the staff don't smile and talk rudely to customers.

Awful experience won’t Return. Pharmacist was horrific refused to serve me gaviscon (I’m pregnant!) even though it is safe to take as confirmed by gaviscon and the ailment scheme as approved by Lloyds chemist themselves. He was so rude and the staff were talking about me In the back saying I shouldn’t have heart burn etc until 3rd trimester. (I’m 35 weeks pregnant) left feeling like I had asked for heroin! Complaint placed I was made to feel awful ?? he was saying why can’t I go to my GP for it? Isn’t that the point in a chemist so you’re not taking up Gp time.....

Chemist never ring me to ask what i want, my items are supposed to go electronically but they keep sending lists to my doctor to see if they are there instead of looking on their own systems, clearly someone isnt doing there job.
