Waited 10 days after script was sent to the pharmacy. 8 items regularly ordered , no text to say it was ready so called in. After queuing for about 20 minutes I was asked if I hadn't already been in earlier in the week which I hadn't. Seems they had lost the script!! Finally I was tge last person in the pharmacy at 6:40 when the pharmacist came to ask me what I was waiting for! The script was eventually made up with part of one item having to be owed. I was told to return after the weekend.....left it until Tuesday then told still not available. Returned on the Saturday at 12, pharmacy due to close at 1. Doors were on exit only with about 4 people inside. I got in as someone left and waited. The person behind the counter when presented with my 'items owed slip said. We can't dispense today we don't have enough staff and I don't think we have this in stock. I wouldn't accept her comment and would you believe they found some stock and a pharmacist passed it to me. Who to blame, Well, the service and attitude is shocking.

One very rude lady on telephone when I rang to see if important urgent medication was ready I was told to go and pick it up 4 or 5 hours later! I had a text earlier then she said to confirm it was ready to pick up. Whilst in pharmacy and bring served by another assistant a comment was made by the rude lady as she walked past that she told me to go few hours later!
