Even though there were 3 pharmacists at the desk (behind it, most of the time) and the queue had 5 people, I had to wait an extra 35 minutes (i was the 3rd customer) for a prescription of contraceptives, which were very common. I had originally stayed in the queue for 15 minutes to drop off the prescription and was told to return in 15 minutes to pickup the contraceptives. I came after 25 minutes to allow sufficient time to the pharmacist, who was complaining about the number of customers on this day. Why did I have to wait an extra hour while heavily bleeding, because of a recent miscarriage?
