Asked for something for my baby, was waved away and told to ‘look on the shop shelves’ . Didn’t even know where to look, thanks a lot. I know the pharmacy had a product I could have used as I saw it behind the counter. On another occasion my doctors told me to go to the chemist and collect something but the pharmacist said he had no record. I had to spend half an hour on the phone to the doctors to get them to speak to him and I still can’t back empty handed, the doctors receptionist couldn’t understand why he was being difficult. | ||||||
