I have used this pharmacy over many years and they always provide an excellent and knowledgeable service. All the staff are pleasant and helpful

I have used Petters ever since I had babies and needed more specialist care and advice for childhood ailments. 20 years on, I rarely go anywhere else for medical, health and beauty products. I always find the pharmacy excellent, careful and informative - there is easy access to the pharmacist if needed although most of the staff are extremely knowledgeable. They recently filled a private prescription with a generic product to save me a lot of money but when it didn't actually work as well they replaced it without a murmur. Repeat prescription service rapid, efficient and so useful. Very wide stocks of a whole range of other beauty and health products, including vitamins and supplements on which staff can advise. Plenty of staff so you rarely wait more than a few minutes and they will always drop what else they doing to serve instead of looking right through you. It is obviously very well managed. The Beauty Clinic is my latest discovery - excellent range and high quality of treatments and plenty of special offers. I have been having regular facials here for a long time - they are highly competitively priced for the High Street and the service is excellent. Lots of special offers on the face and body products too which the staff always draw to my attention - even if they are coming up and not yet advertised so I can wait a bit and make considerable savings. The "Special Offer" days for products and free mini treatments are the most excellent bargain - genuine and generous special offers and great treatments for free! Recommend wholeheartedly - although I wish I hadn't said that about the Beauty Clinic as right now you can appointments instantly so I don't want it to become too booked up!

I visited petters to get a facial and was pleasantly surprised with the service. I live in Crouch End but would rarely think of suggesting petters if someone asked me where a good place to get a facial was. The person who did the facial was friendly and welcoming, and the facial itself was very good and helped my skin. It was also good value for money, so I will most likely go back again!
