I had to pick up a prescription for my son at Blackwater Pharmacy via his University in Nottingham. The nurse in Nottingham emailed the information through and said I would be able to pick it up from Blackwater Pharmacy in 30 minutes. I turned up and my prescription was ready. The staff were friendly and efficient at a time when I could see they were exceptionally busy. | ||||||

Every time I go to collect my repeat prescription they never seem to be able to find it. This is despite me always leaving it in 6-7 days in advance.
This last attempt I have been told not ready (again) due to not having one of the items. The item has been ordered from their supplier but as yet not turned up, it might come in today after 5 pm, it also might not.
I asked what if it doesn’t turn up, as I really need my prescription, and I was told “your welcome to come and collect your prescription and take it elsewhere”
This DONT CARE attitude absolutely stinks.
They really DO NOT CARE!!!! | ||||||

My daughter had tonsillitis and needed anti-biotics on a Sunday afternoon. I telephoned first and was delighted to find out that the chemist was open until 8pm. Although we had to drive from Chelmsford, it meant that my daughter could take the tablets straight away without having to wait to the next morning. On collection, the service was excellent and very fast. | ||||||
