Took prescription in for my daughter and was told to return the following day after 4 to pick up remaining tablets only to find that the chemist wasn’t even open at 4 the following day. Fortunately had looked at closing times and went to take prescription elsewhere. Needed it urgently as my daughter was moving away the following day. They would not return the prescription for me to collect at another pharmacy. Extremely unhelpful, long queues and very slow service. Will never use this again even though it is connected to my doctors . Please be assured we take your feedback seriously and the Regional Manager, who is responsible for pharmacies in this area, has been informed. It is disappointing to hear that you were asked to return the following day for the remainder of your prescription when the branch was closed. Unfortunately, if you have already received some of your prescription, pharmacies are unable to return them if they have already been dispensed from. I totally agree with the previous one star ratings. My pre-ordered prescription has never been ready for collection. Their standard response to everyone is "it will be half an hour" (often longer than that). |

Their system, if that's what it is, is awful. For more than a year now I have had my monthly repeat prescription sent directly to them from my GP. I wait for at least a week before going to collect it. In all of that time it has never been ready. I am always told, it will take about half an hour (sometimes longer). People before me and after me in the queue are told exactly the same thing. I don't understand why the staff don't notice how often they are doing this and do something about it. I have now arranged to have home delivery of my prescription in future so hopefully I will never go to this pharmacy ever again. |
