My prescription was sent to paddock Wood pharmacy on the 5th January 2022. I went this morning to pick it up and was told it would not be ready until after 14.30 today. The date is now the 10th!!! All I can say is thank god it’s not life threatening that I need this medication. Dreadful service. I was told by the assistant that they have been very busy, surely this is not good enough z | ||||||

I have had a really good experience with this pharmacy. The staff are excellent and well informed and the pharmacist takes the time to explain new medication to you. I don't actually live in Paddock Wood but have chosen it because my local pharmacy is not as good by far. | ||||||

some one called pharmacy up on monday 4th feb 2019 they said my perscriptions. will be delivered today. but no delivery was made on monday. so someone called up pharmacy on wendsday to find out when delivery will be. they said it will definitely be delivered by this wendsday afternoon 6th febuary 2019. never turned up again. if you wont perscription quick, dont come here. | ||||||
