been twice aned closed thats at 1.30

I work as a care co ordinator and look after a lot of clients in and around Cranbrook so have to deal with medication orders and pick ups, the lack of staff is making it an absolute nightmare to pick up any medication from them. For example, it has taken me over 3 weeks to pick up some very much needed drinks for a client (and have been told to come back again to pick up the remaining ones), having already been told to come back 3 times in a row. This happens everytime I have to deal with this pharmacy. It has been getting much worse over the past few months. A lot of shelves are empty and the pharmacy is very often closed for lack of pharmacist. Patients and customers are very unhappy. I understand that there is a lack of staff making it very difficult for them, but we have the same problem in the care industry, and we still manage to deliver our services on time and without fail.
