    Always very prompt at delivering my repeat prescriptions. I do find it difficult to call as their phone is nearly always busy, if I do get lucky and they pickup they are very helpful but always in a rush. I’m sure they are very busy so it’s understandable

    I ordered online from them on the 14th of September this month then the next day on the 15th they cancelled the order and said the items were not available so they would be giving me a refund, but it’s now the 28th of September and I still haven’t got the refund, so it has now been more than 5 day’s since I was told I was getting a refund. I also tried contacting them by email 3 times and had no reply from them, so I am a very disappointed customer I am not happy that I have not received a refund for the items I ordered and they cancelled and no contact from them after sending 3 emails. I would not recommend them.

    Helpful staff. Attentive. Professional. Clean and welcoming decor in shop. Convenient location. Opens early and closes later than other pharmacies. Can be busy at times with queues out the door but this just shows the need for such a service on Tring Rd.
