Rating with no comment

The Pharmacist was very immature, unprofessional and incompetent. When I approached the counter the Pharmacist and another member of staff were busy talking and laughing about something. The Pharmacist saw me, remained seated and continued talking. She made a head movement towards me and when she finished talking she called over her desk 'Can I help?' still not willing to come and serve me. I said that I have a question and waited for her to come over, not willing to shout across the counter. She then revealed that she had taken her shoes off for comfort and had to put them back on and needed a second. When I presented to her my problem, she couldn't care less and insisted on that I use some eye drops for allergies even though I had stated that I never had any allergies in my life and that only one eye is affected. The next day I had my emergency appointment with the optometrist who stated that these eye drops take a long time to work and would not give me instant relief. When I returned to the pharmacy to complain the Pharmacist showed the same immature and unprofessional behaviour as before and could not care less as the medication could not be returned. The store manager offered to listen, but had no intentions to address the complaint. Apparently there is no formal complaint procedure. I was provided a phone number only after I insisted on it
