I had a problem in my left eye, phoned my surgery and they recommend that I go to the Chemist, Which is where I went, having being asked several questions, they said I should contact a family member and go to the Walk in clinic at Erith, urgently.Then rushed to hospital as I had had a stroke. Thank you to this Chemist as they saved my life.

I have been using this pharmacy for a year or tow now and always find the staff welcoming, helpful and friendly.

After being diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol, my doctor prescribed tablets. By chance I came across the pharmacist and team. On handing over my tablets they took me to one side, asking if I had ever taken these tablets before and on telling them this was my first time they explained any possible side effects they then asked me for my phone number and said they would ring me in one week to check if I was ok. I did not believe this but sure enough they called me, asking if I was alright, I could not wish for better service from my GP at Bullbanks Erith and the pharmacist at Day Lewis Pharmacy. - God bless the NHS and a Pharmacist that goes above and beyond.
