Thank you for your message and I am very sorry to hear of the poor service you have received from our Well Selston - Nottingham Road branch.
Please be assured we take this feedback very seriously, I have sent your comments to the Regional Manager (RDM) who is responsible for pharmacies in this area to investigate. I will ask the RDM to give a full response to all the concerns that you have raised and also highlight that this is not the only Well branch that have fallen short of expectations in the area. We have procedures in place to ensure prescriptions are processed correctly, and that any missing items are chased up if the branch are responsible for ordering.
If patients order themselves, it can be difficult to ensure all items have come across as they do not know what to expect. If the pharmacy order prescriptions on a patients behalf, they should be following process to make sure all items are ready for collection. We do not expect any patients to worry about when their prescriptions will arrive, the branch should be able to offer reassurance that it will be ready for collection on the agreed date.
