Run by professionals and very helpful

I have used this pharmacy for a couple of years now and have always found them to be the most helpful and friendly people. They are very efficient and professional yet warm and welcoming at the same time. They will help sort out problems and put you at ease as you know they will try their best for you.

We have used this pharmacy for nearly a year now and even on a visit before we arrived officially in Blackwell we were made to feel most welcome. The staff are so friendly and indeed very caring. Always willing to go the extra mile and to ensure that you have what you need. The counter staff always have time for a chat (if they are not busy) and it is like your typical pharmacy of long ago - where you were made to feel special. The main pharmacist, is also very caring and always has time to offer their expertise and advice plus a laugh and goodness knows I have needed it recently. But what endears this group to us is that they are able to combine being medically professional and being 'your friend' and many a laugh and a chat has been had. Keep up the good work all ye lasses and lad at Blackwell Pharmacy - we appreciate you so much.
