We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I phoned the surgery to see if my prescription had gone to the pharmacy they said 6 days ago. I called the pharmacy to see if they had it. He said yes I said when was he going to text me as i was waiting for tablets. he was rude and answered dont wait for technology just come for them. I did they weren't ready. the he had the cheek to say do you want be to take you of our list of notifications. I said yes I will find another pharmacy that will contact me when they have my repeat prescription.

The doctors surgery is quite reasonable for Rogue does need improvements the pharmacy needs closing down and new blood bringing in I have never known a shambles like this in all of my life they will serve one person from start to finish and ignore the other 10 in the queue waiting if you're going to a pharmacy avoid this like the plague new management needed desperately or close this establishment down immediately

Close this pharmacy down immediately they have not got a clue how to run a business one person will get served from start to finish and the other 9 in the queue are ignored even though they just waiting to buy one item outrageous behaviour from so-called professionals of what stick to running a supermarket TN TN
