The pharmacy is known to make numerous mistakes particularly with repeated prescriptions. In fact on more than one occasion mine haven’t been ready. In addition to this the staff is unprepared, unprofessional, disorganised and certainly are lead by miscommunication. On this occasion I went to the pharmacy and ask for my medicines. They weren’t ready and they refused to give me any. We agreed the medicines were going to be delivered due to Covid 2 days later but they forgot! I called them and their justification was that they didn’t put a note on the system! So I went to pick them up and the assistant said they don’t deliver at my address. However they did deliver a few months ago for the same reason. Also the medicines were ready earlier but they didn’t call me to let me know and they were quick to say I should have picked them up earlier. It was their mistake and they make you feel guilty if you complain. Unacceptable behaviour and service.
